起点传媒members come from many different contexts. Joining one of these groups provides access to resources and experiences tailored to particular interests and needs.

Tax-Exempt Status

All nonprofits except churches and church-related groups听. Groups will have their nonprofit status听听without filing

Below is information and resources about 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Please receive advisement from a licensed tax professional should you require assistance.

 

All units听(Affiliates,听Assemblies,听,听TAWL Groups) for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

All units must file annually with the IRS. This听will help you determine which form you must file:

  • 听(E-Postcard) if gross receipts are normally less than or equal to $50,000
  • 听辞谤听听if gross receipts are less than $200,00 and total assets are less than $500,00
  • 听if gross receipts are greater than or equal to $200,000 or total assets are greater than or equal to $500,000

All units听must follow the following听requirements听due to regulations established by the Internal Revenue Service,听.
